¡YouthWorks! – DI has assisted YW to diversify and strengthen its funding base by securing local, state, federal and private grant applications. DI staff implements and evaluates numerous culturally appropriate programs that assist high-risk youth. These programs include, but are not limited to the Santa Fe Youth Conservations Corps Program, Green Collar Jobs Apprenticeship Program, “Training Today’s Youth for Tomorrow’s Jobs” Program, Santa Fe River Project, and the Street Science Program.

Los Alamos Juvenile Justice Advisory Board – DI has worked with JJAB staff and board members to obtain private and public grant funding. DI staff also facilitates and evaluates JJAB’s Los Alamos Tobacco Use Prevention and Control Program initiative. The initiative focuses on implementing the evidence-based LifeSkills curriculum to prevent tobacco use initiation among youth and young adults and eliminate tobacco-related disparities among population groups.

Hacienda La Puente Unified School District – DI staff worked with key District personnel to explore the development and evaluation of programs in the performing arts, teen pregnancy, students with disabilities, parental involvement, and family support services. DI staff created and secured private and state funding applications to support after school and special education programming.
